Lily-Rose and Newoak The Governor qualified for the open Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland class at 9b. To say we are delighted to be returning to Royal International is an understatement. This will be Lily and Gov’s final year together and they have accomplished so much the past couple of years. all Lily has wanted is to have one last ride at R.I on her special boy so a very happy girl.
